Great Northern Wedding Show

Today we took a selection of our 2023 collection to Bolton Arena and met lots of lovely new (and current!) brides. Thank you so much if you came to see us on the stand, to book an appointment, comment on our gowns, ask a question or just say hello! It was so lovely to meet so see so many of you and hear such positive feedback about the gowns we had on show. We were so so busy and we know a lot of you had questions about the dresses on mannequins so here is the low down of the dresses we highlighted at the show and a bit more about them.

SINEAD

Sinead by Ronald Joyce is a tulle and lace fit and flare wedding dress. The delicate bow on the waist (can be removed) draws attention to the brides waist. The tulle shoulder bows make a statement and lead to the stunning open back profile complete with bridal bustle. We showed her with the glitter overskirt which creates an alternative A-line silhouette. It easily hooks on and off so can be worn with or without for photos. We LOVE Sinead, she is one of our favourites from our Ronald Joyce Collection. The ivory/nude sample is a size 10.

BLOSSOM

Blossom from our Rachel Allan collection is a mermaid style wedding dress made from glitter tulle. The v neck line comes from illusion beaded and lace straps which drop into an illusion lower back. The horsehair hem on the skirt falls into tiers and creates a gorgeous frilly bottom half. The dress finishes with a easy to manage chapel train. Our ivory sample is a size 8.

ALTA

Alta by Romantica of Devon is a the perfect A-line wedding dress. Irridescent sequins adorn the top layer of tulle in a beautiful floral pattern. Spaghetti straps and slightly dipped neckline flatter and cover smaller or larger busts. Inner corsetry supports and highlights the brides waist and the silhouette then slowly curves round the hip then flares out. Zip back fastening is finished with faux button details. MADDIE

Blossoms and leafy vines fall down the bodice and skirt of this sleeveless A-line gown, settling on the hem. This lightweight, easy to wear gown is perfect for a spring/summer or destination wedding. The low illusion back is stunning and leads to a delicate illusion train. Our ivory sample is a size 8. Explore more of our Allure Romance collection.

PEGGY

Peggy from our Victoria Jane collection is an A-line lace wedding dress with plunging v-neckline and modesty bodice. This tulle skirt wedding gown has beautiful floral lace detailing and a matching v-shaped open back. This dress is the perfect one for a bride who doesn't want too much sparkle on her dress but loves the detail that comes with a fine lace fabric. Our ivory sample is a size 14.

We also took 2 rails containing picks from our collection from size 8 - 28 so if you spotted something not listed here it will be hanging in our store and ready for you to try on.
